PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This product Weld both ends simultaneously, completed in one go, with a welding speed of up to 2000mm/min, Compared to traditional models, the welding speed (800-900mm/min) has been doubled, making it an ideal equipment for mass production.The use of programmable controllers and touch screen control has improved production efficiency and welding quality.The left and right spindle boxes are synchronously adjusted based on the center, equipped with a blocking mechanism that manually and automatically combines the lifting and lowering mechanisms. Except for loading and unloading, all other processes are automatically completed, with simple and reliable adjustment and high degree of automation.
This machine is automatic steel pipe welding machine. It can feed material,clamp and weld steel pipe automatically with high processing accuracy . This machine use hydraulic clamp device and PLC numerical control feeding mechanism,time control circuit, automatic tool feeding and welding, automatic quick tool retracting with precise repeat orientation. The workpiece keep static and welder revolve and process which can highly improve welding speed.
