PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This machine is an automatic equipment which could process the two ends of the belt conveyor roller shaft by a single clamping. Process shaft size range, dia 20-60mm, length 200-2700mm.The electronic control system applied imported programmable controller (PLC) as the center for process control, which with high degree of automation, high efficiency and reliability. It’s suitable for volume production of roller shaft.
When making a mining heavy duty steel conveyor roller, it is necessary to make a flat slot. Because it can clamp the seals and bearing into bearing housing tightly, which guarantee the roller can rotate fluently. Seals and bearing will loose without slot during high speed rotating. This is machine having PLC, totally automatic, easy operation, safely, high efficiency and low cost.It is suitable in difficuly sitaution, and good for roller factory making big quantity production.
1 . This product is an automated specialized equipment for processing the spring grooves at both ends of the roller shaft of a belt conveyor.
2 . The machine adopts Taiwan's Delta programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core, with advanced contactless switches as limit switches for program control; By using a CNC motor for cutting, the cutting speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
3 . It can have stepless speed regulation, manual discharge of equipment, automatic groove cutting and automatic material dropping, and one person can guard multiple machines, with high work efficiency.
4 . Both ends of the shaft are processed simultaneously, with precise and adjustable groove spacing.
5 . Stable and reliable work, high degree of automation, suitable for batch processing of roller shafts.
