This product is a belt conveyor roller automatic assembly equipment which with full hydraulic pressure, it’s applicable to the current domestic production of various kinds roller’s installation. pipe dia range 76-219mm, pipe length range 200-2600mm.

It can finish 1200 pcs roller pressing in 8 hours, whcih is very useful in big quantity production.This machine can press different material pipes, such iron pipe, steel pipe, HDPE pipe, stainless steel pipe etc.

This product is a fully hydraulic pressure semi automatic special equipment for the assembly of the belt conveyor roller. It is suitable for the assembly of various domestic rollers(cast bearing housing, stamping and welding bearing housing) at present. When it’s working, it’s artificial feeding and double head press. The iron bearing seat, bearing, seal and dust cover can be loaded on a single machine for many times.
