PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Shaft internal thread is a necessary step for making logistic rollers. There are some manual tool inmarket of making internal thread, but it is very low efficiency and not safe, very low precision. Our shaft internal thread making machine is PLC control, it has many advantages than manual tool. It has high precision, all processing data parameter can be set by PLC. It has very high efficiency, processing speed is much higher, 50 times than manual tool. It is also very safe, all drillin g tool is controlled by PLC.

This machine is an automatic equipment which could process the two ends of the belt conveyor roller shaft by a single clamping. Process shaft size range, dia 10-40mm, length 200-2700mm.The electronic control system applied imported programmable controller (PLC) as the center for process control, which with high degree of automation, high efficiency and reliability. It’s suitable for volume production of roller shaft internal thread.
